Local vs. Virtual Interior DesignLocal Interior Design usually involves larger projects within the Pensacola, Florida and surrounding area. This service includes in-person site visits, detailed project planning, the option of procurement services. Virtual Interior Design offers the same bespoke experience through a more flexible, fully remote approach designed to help you create a home one space at a time. This service includes a comprehensive design plan and customized product list you can shop as your life + budget allows.

How much do your design services cost?KMCC Design Co. offers both Local Interior Design and Virtual Interior Design and they each come with their own fees. We always want to ensure that we are pricing our services in a way that is reflective of the value + knowledge provided to our clients during our projects. Our Virtual Interior Design is available at a flat rate depending on the services selected, starting at $499. Local Interior Design is charged at an hourly rate and your investment will vary based on the project's scope and complexity. As a rule, our design services typically account for approximately 10% of your overall budget. Once we receive your project details, we will be able to provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your home.

How long does a typical design project take?We move in step with the project's progress. Virtual Interior Design projects usually take 3-4 months from initial contact to final deliveries. Full Service Interior Design projects can take 6+ months to complete, depending on the scope, level of detail and other various factors.
