Whether you fill out our inquiry form or go right to booking a consultation, we always request to have a video call with new clients so that we can get a better idea of the scope, their needs and expectations around the project - determining if we are a good fit!
Initial
Design Plan
After getting to know you + your lifestyle, we will design around the specifications and goals set for the project. We will always do our best to incorporate all of your requests but will also provide what we feel are the best options for your space.​
Submit Photos + Measurements
We'll send the information we need for you to gather prior to our collaboration call. This includes photos and measurements - letting us know how much room we have to work with and what the structural limitations are. This is usually a relatively quick & easy process.
Fine-Tuning &
Adjustments
If necessary, we will make adjustments to your initial design plan based on the feedback you provide! So feel free to be honest about your thoughts - we want to be sure that we are providing the best, personalized design plan.​
Collaboration
Video Call
We'll officially kick off your project with a video call to discuss your home, your vision for the space, specific style and layout preferences. Since you know your space better than anyone, your input is invaluable as we begin the design process.

Shoppable Product List with KMCC Support
Once you've approved your design plan, we'll finalize your custom shopping list. Then you can shop (and maximize savings with sales) at your leisure with support from us as it all comes together over the next few weeks and months!​

Space Plan
Design Concept
A virtual moodboard with paint colors, textiles, materials, etc. in addition to inspiration images to ensure we're on the same page!
A floor plan that focuses on improving flow and functionality of the space. Sometimes there's flexibility and layout options are provided.
A design concept including furniture, decor, lighting and window treatment selections with all the details and links for you to explore.
Detailed Shopping List
Styling Support
We will provide you with a list with links for every selection, allowing you to implement your design on your own timeline!
Once the shopping is complete, get back on a call with KMCC to finalize styling placements.

For more hands-on support, In-Home Consultations provide an on-site experience where we assess your space in person, offer immediate feedback, and explore design solutions directly within your environment. How Much Does It Cost to Work with KMCC Design Co.?Our Local Interior Design services are billed hourly, with your total investment based on the scope and complexity of your project. While every home is different, most projects start with a minimum furnishings and materials budget of $5,000. We’re happy to provide a personalized quote after learning more about your space and goals. Prefer a more flexible, self-paced approach? Our Virtual Interior Design packages start at $499 per space, depending on the level of support you choose. Just need guidance to get started? In-Home Consultations (Pensacola area): $265 (travel fees may apply) Virtual Design Sessions: $135/hour No matter the scope, KMCC Design Co. is here to help bring your vision to life—with clarity, creativity, and thoughtful direction.

How Long Does the Design Process Take?Every project is unique, but here’s what you can generally expect: Virtual Interior Design projects typically take 3–4 months from our initial conversation to the delivery of your final design plan. Full-Service Interior Design projects often run 6 months or longer, depending on the size of the space, the scope of work, and how involved the install phase is. We believe in thoughtful, personalized design—never rushed or cookie-cutter. No matter the timeline, KMCC is committed to making the process smooth, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish.
