Whether you fill out our inquiry form or go right to booking a consultation, we always request to have a video call with new clients so that we can get a better idea of the scope, their needs and expectations around the project - determining if we are a good fit!
Initial
Design Plan
After getting to know you + your lifestyle, we will design around the specifications and goals set for the project. We will always do our best to incorporate all of your requests but will also provide what we feel are the best options for your space.​
Submit Photos + Measurements
We'll send the information we need for you to gather prior to our collaboration call. This includes photos and measurements - letting us know how much room we have to work with and what the structural limitations are. This is usually a relatively quick & easy process.
Fine-Tuning &
Adjustments
If necessary, we will make adjustments to your initial design plan based on the feedback you provide! So feel free to be honest about your thoughts - we want to be sure that we are providing the best, personalized design plan.​
Collaboration
Video Call
We'll officially kick off your project with a video call to discuss your home, your vision for the space, specific style and layout preferences. Since you know your space better than anyone, your input is invaluable as we begin the design process.

Shoppable Product List with KMCC Support
Once you've approved your design plan, we'll finalize your custom shopping list. Then you can shop (and maximize savings with sales) at your leisure with support from us as it all comes together over the next few weeks and months!​
