A warm, collected home layered with natural texture, meaningful character, and everyday comfort. | Nature Trail in Pensacola, Florida

Rather than starting over, the Rush Lane Project focused on making the home’s existing character feel more cohesive and considered. Distinctive furnishings, artwork, and architectural details were used as the foundation, then supported with updated upholstery, rugs, lighting, window treatments, decorative accents, and improved furniture placement.
The palette blends creamy neutrals, weathered woods, muted blues, earthy browns, and subtle rust tones. Repeated materials and colors connect the living room, dining area, and sunroom without making the spaces feel overly coordinated. The result is a home that feels warm, expressive, and comfortable—designed for daily life rather than simply for display.
