To create this inviting living room, we incorporated several key elements that enhance both aesthetics and functionality.

Love for Color and Texture

Lovesac Reclining Sofa in Oyster Etched Chenille

This client initially favored blue palettes. However, I encouraged her to explore a moody green. Through sampling, we discovered the perfect paint color to complement our design.

Ruggable Imani Tufted Rug

We love Ruggable at KMCC Design Co. because they are machine washable! With kids, pets, and everyday life, you can worry less and enjoy downtime more. They offer many collections, including fun kids' patterns.

Versatility in Seating

Anabei Modular Chairs

These chairs are both stylish and practical. They feature machine-washable, performance fabric and are customizable with interchangeable covers.

West Elm Leather Sofa in Sesame

This sofa adds a soft, vibrant touch to the room and is made with genuine leather. It’s perfect for family gatherings or quiet evenings.

Practical Decor Choices

To maintain functionality, we chose decor that is both beautiful and suited for a busy family.

Woven Nook Pillow Covers

These pillow covers are also machine washable, made from lightweight, 100% cotton fabric. They are both cozy and easy to maintain.

Layered Window Treatments

We opted for Select Blinds roman shades paired with blackout curtain panels for an ideal combination of light control and style.
